About this event

This program is an introduction to common tumbling and tricking movements, technique, and theory. The group-style classes focus on strength and conditioning, style, agility, speed, power, form, and acrobatics. Students will learn to control their bodies as they twist and flip through the air, with a strong focus on flexibility and form.
