About this event

Enjoy a little art with your downward dogs. Friday morning yoga with Marisa Salvadore in the WCFA gallery, surrounded by the current exhibition. Classes build strength, flexibility and balance through standing poses, grounded holds and mindful breathwork. All levels welcome. Sliding-scale pricing so everyone can join.
