About this event
What even IS Kinusaiga?! Kinusaiga is a Japanese art form where you create textured, mosaic-like pictures by pressing fabric scraps into pre-cut grooves on a backing material, without any sewing. Often called "no-sew quilting" or "painting with fabric," it was invented in Japan in the 1980s. We'll be using fabric scraps and sticky foam board to make our own! You can be as intricate or as simple as you'd like with your design. Please register. Ages 12
