About this event
All levels of fitness are encouraged to try this group-style class that focuses on obstacle training, including countless varieties of hanging and jumping obstacles. Students typically take turns attempting set American-Ninja-Warrior-style challenges and push themselves to beat their own best record. This class is not a competition, but it is intended to prepare participants for American Ninja Warrior and also for local AMP Academy obstacle course competitions.
