Join the Tiny Trekkers: Turkey Talk event at Stony Brook, where families can explore the natural habitat of wild turkeys during their late fall foraging season. Guided by a Mass Audubon expert, participants will follow a trail marked with turkey tracks, searching for signs of these impressive birds in the sanctuary. After the walk, attendees will learn about turkey behavior and enjoy a craft activity to take home. This program aims to connect young naturalists with the environment, fostering curiosity and care for nature. Please meet at the Nature Center, dress appropriately for the weather, and wear comfortable footwear suitable for trail walking.
